Day before Christmas

Well today is Christmas Eve and the kids are hanging out at home with dad waiting for Amy to get off work. We might go sledding if the temp ever gets above zero outside! The kids were decorating the christmas tree with some decorations this morning while I was watching sports center to see if the Lakers won last night. We are staying home this Christmas as Kevin has to work Christmas night. That's all right though, Grandma and Grandpa Moos are coming over for dinner and the kids are always excited to see them. About the kids, Alexis turned 8 in November and is in 2nd grade. She loves school and her teacher has her in the advanced reading group with soem of the other kids in the school. Alexis decided to take a year off from dancing so she is not doing any extra cirricular activities this year. Hunter turned 3 in June and is all boy, as far as he is concerned life is all about cars, trucks and toys that make loud noises. Schuyler turned 2 in September and is growing up really fast. She is starting to learn the alphabet and her annunciation of words gets better every day. She loves to torment Hunter and take his cars away from him, can hardly wait until they get older and really fight with one another. Amy started working in Glendive, MT at the Surgery Department in July all the while living in our camper for 2 months with the 3 kids while I finished up work in Torrington, WY. I don't think I would have survived the summer in that camper like she did but she is a trooper and made it through ok. As for me I left GE after 10 years to move back closer to family and friends. It was a rough transition at first but now we have a place we are renting while we wait for someone to buy our house in Torrington. It has been very cold up here the last 2 weeks with only 1 day actually getting above the zero mark on the thermometer. Well that's about it for now, hope everyone has a great Christmas and happy new year.
